How to get the best out of this service

  • A detailed breakdown of your needs in the service request box, including which of your business processes are impacted and the number of people affected.
  • Detailed error message along with the person(s) affected and their location and contact information, and what the user was doing at the time of occurrence.
  • Screen shots of your screen and/or error message.
  • Indicate any completion deadline that must be met.
  • For any new issues, please send a new email. This allows for each issue to be tracked for each of us.

Once the above form has been submitted, we will contact you with a ticket number which you can provide to us in the future to ensure the same technical individuals stay focused on your request throughout the life of that ticket.
