Q. Can I change my mode if I have already shut down my call manager?
A. Yes, Press your mode button and use your arrows to highlight the one you want
and press to OK softkey.
Q. How do I assign my extension to a different phone?
A. Press the speaker key and dial ##. Put in your extension and then your password.
Then dial 731.
Q. How do I reassign my extension to my old phone if I have not
gotten back there yet?
A. You will log on to your voicemail from the phone you are at now, you will then
dial 732.
Q. How do I check my voice mail from outside the office?
A. Call your main number and when the greeting comes on press # it will ask for
your extension number and then your password.
Q. How do I check my voice mail from another telephone?
A. Pick up the handset or press the speaker button and dial ## put in your extension
number and then your password.
Q. How do I externally assign my extension to my cell phone?
A. If you have version 7.5 or below on your phone system you will press file then
select external assignment. Put your phone number in and put a check in the box
and press OK. If you have version 8.0 or above you will select home then configure
office anywhere. Put in your phone number and put a check in the box and select
OK.
Q. How do I unassign my extension from my cell phone?
A. You will go to the same place as above and uncheck the box and press OK.
Q. How do I change my ring tone?
A. Press the options button. Put in your voice mail password. Select option 3 for
change ring and press edit. You can then arrow down to select which one you would
like to use and press OK.
