Amanda Voice Mail FAQs

Q. How do I change my greeting?
A. Log into your voice mail, press 2 for greetings, press 1 for greeting one, press 2 to record and # when finished.

How do I change my time?
A. At the PC for the voicemail system complete the following:

  1. Press the to access the main menu
  2. Press the key and the key simultaneously
  3. You will be prompted for a password:
    • For the Amanda the password is: AMandA (as typed, case sensitive)
    • For the TMS the password is: TMS (in all capital letters)
  4. Press the key
  5. Type in the time in 24 hour military format (hours, minutes, seconds)
  6. Press the key
  7. Press the key

Or for the Amanda:

  1. Press the to access the main menu
  2. Press the key and the key simultaneously
  3. Change the time and/or date as needed and
  4. Press the key

The preceding steps should change the time on the voicemail system only.

Q. My phone doesn't go to voicemail any more. It just rings and rings.
A. Call forward was cancelled. Please look in your phone system located above and see the same question.

Q. How do I change my password?
A. Log into your voice mail, press 3 for options, press 3 for password, and follow the prompts.
