Q. How do I change the time?
A. NOTE: Any mailbox used to change the time and or date has to be preprogrammed as a voice mail system manager.

From within the office and using a display phone that uses the four black keys at the top:
  1. Call the voice mail and enter your password (if required
  2. Press the black key under {MORE}
  3. Press the black key under {MGR}
  4. Press the black key under {SCHED}
  5. The system will then say the current time.
  6. Press 1 on the touch call pad to change the time
  7. Enter new time in HHMM and press the * on the touch call pad
  8. Press 1 for AM or 2 for PM
  9. The system will then say the new time

If date is correct hang up to complete time change.

If date need changed Press 2 and follow voice prompts.

From within the office and using a phone that does not have the four black keys at the top
  1. Call the voice mail system and enter 9 plus extension number and your password (if required
  2. Press 0 on the touch call pad
  3. Press 2 on the touch call pad
  4. Press 2 on the touch call pad
  5. Press 1 on the touch call pad
  6. The system will then say the current time.
  7. Press 1 on the touch call pad to change the time.
  8. Enter new time in HHMM and press the * on the touch call pad
  9. Press 1 for AM or 2 for PM
  10. The system will say the new time If date is correct hang up to complete time change

If the date needs to be changed Press 2 and follow the voice prompts.

From outside the office

Call a phone number that rings directly to voice mail or have someone in the office transfer you into voice mail.

Follow instructions for "within the office and using a phone that does not have the four black keys at the top"
