Q. How do I change the time?
A. Dial the following at the main attendant's phone on the dial pad with the handset
in the cradle of the phone:
- The TRF (transfer) key
- The CNF (conference) key
- *
- The TRF key
- The CNF key
- #
- The LNR/SPD (last number redial/speed dial) key or Redial key Command= (should show
in the display)
NOTE: Steps 1-6 should all be done within 10 seconds.

- The time in 24 hour military format (i.e. 08:20:00)

- Pickup handset and hang up
Q. How do I conference a call?
A. With the first call in progress, press Transfer, make the second call, press
conf key and talk.
Q. Why are my calls not going to voice mail?
Call forwarding was cancelled. Press speaker, *6, 199, wait for a long tone, and
hangup.
Q. How do I set DND?
A. Press speaker, *8, and speaker.
Q. How do I cancel DND?
A. Press speaker, #8, and speaker.
